Stephanie has always been very helpful with fixing my rings when I thought there was an issue with size or lost a gem. Courtney had helped me pick the perfect necklace to go with my rings. I have never had an issue with them. Even when I thought the wait was gonna be too long and I wouldn't have something back in time for my trip they surprised me and had it back earlier than expected. I always recommend them when I travel.

We visited Hannoush over the 4th of July weekend and were very satisfied with the experience and service offered by the sales associates Michelle and Rachel. They provided a fun and low-pressure environment for us to explore several options for round cut diamonds to fit a family heirloom band. They found a beautiful stone that was the perfect fit, and were able to get their jeweler to start work on it the very next day despite the holiday weekend. Highly recommend!

So my children and I came in with and idea and Michelle made it happen. It was the best jewelry purchase experience you could ask for. She was patient with my children and made Mom's Birthday unforgettable. She even individually wrapped every piece separately for each child to give their piece of the Pandora bracelet to Mom.
